The Sandhills region cooperative is owned by farmers, consumers and staff.  They are all friends and neighbors who are interested in growing and eating food grown and produced in Moore and adjacent counties, supporting our local farmers.

Sandhills Farm To Table has always used drop locations to distribute their produce, leaving the responsibility to the member subscribers to pick up their order.  NEW in 2019, home delivery will be available to all subscribers.  Sandhills Farm To Table has partnered with Moore Home Services NC, a local grocery and courier service who services Lowe’s Foods and Harris Teeter grocery stores.  They are excited about this new alliance and being able to reach out and support the residents of Moore County.  The cost for home delivery is only $9.95 and that includes delivery to the subscribers front door.

When anyone becomes a member, they can subscribe to the produce box program receiving weekly or biweekly deliveries of fresh seasonal produce, picked at peak ripening from local Sandhills farmers.  Members also get a weekly informative newsletter which includes info such as what’s in season, nutrition information, recipes, storage tips and local food events.  Members may also buy local artisanal products from their online store.  Sandhills-fresh products support over 20 local farmers and chefs and include vegetables, fruit, pastured meats, cheeses, honey, fresh baked goods and more.  The delivery season in mid April to mid November.  Go to www.SandhillsFarm2Table.com for more information or call 910-722-1623.
